Future Leaders Camp

The Future Leaders Camp develops public speaking, debate, project leadership and community initiative — and leads directly into OLA's year-round Leadership Program.

What campers do

Inside the programme.

Public speaking, debate and a real team project presented to parents on the final day.

Public speaking

Structure, delivery and nerve management — practised daily, not lectured.

Debate

Argue a case, then argue the other side. The fastest route to real thinking.

Project leadership

Small teams run a real initiative from idea to presentation.

Community impact

Each cohort designs and delivers one contribution to the local community.

A day at camp

A day on Future Leaders.

Every camp follows the same daily structure — the Workshop Sessions are what differ. On Future Leaders they cover public speaking, debate, project leadership, community impact.
