OLA After School combines safe, supervised care with real learning: school pickup, a calm arrival and snack, a daily hands-on technology block, and structured Mathematics, English and Science through to 6:00 PM.

3:00 – 4:00 PM
Arrival, snack and transition
Students arrive from school pickup, settle in, have a snack and decompress. A calm, supervised start to the afternoon.
4:00 – 5:00 PM
Coding, Robotics, Web & App Design, Electronics
The dedicated technology and hands-on learning block. Age-appropriate guided projects and practical challenges — building, testing and problem-solving.
5:00 – 6:00 PM
Academic Learning Block — Mathematics, English, Science
Structured academic support in Math, English and Science, delivered in small groups by our educators.
6:00 PM
Parent pickup
Families collect their child, with a short handover on how the afternoon went.

From 5:00 to 6:00 PM the room turns into a learning block. This is not homework supervision: our educators bring structured Math, English and Science work at each child's level, and support school homework alongside it.

The 4:00 to 5:00 PM block is dedicated to hands-on technology: coding, robotics, web and app design, and electronics, taught through guided projects and practical challenges rather than lectures.

Block-based and text coding, plus robots students build, program and test.
Electronics & Science
Circuits, sensors and experiments — learning by making things work.
Web & App Design
Simple pages and apps, designed and published by the students themselves.

Charged once per student at enrolment. Programme days, start date and applicable policies are confirmed in writing at registration.

Safety & supervision
- Students are supervised from school pickup through to parent collection

- You hear what your child actually worked on, not just that they attended
- Anything urgent — a delay, an incident, an illness — is a phone call, not an email
- Schedule and closure changes are communicated to enrolled families in advance
- Questions about progress are welcome at any point in the term
